Procedures
The steps below describe how metals are received, held and released. Detailed conditions are set out in the custody documentation provided to each holder.
1. Deposit
Metals acquired through Procyon Metals are delivered to the designated bonded warehouse operated with Malca-Amit. They are recorded in a segregated third-party account in the name of the holder.
2. Verification and certification
Metals are verified and certified by TÜV Rheinland. The certification report documents the nature and specifications of the metals.
3. Custody certificate
Procyon Custody Ltd issues a custody certificate to the holder, identifying the beneficial owner and the metals held on their behalf.
4. Safekeeping
The metals remain in the vault for the duration of the deposit. They are never sold, lent, pledged or re-hypothecated.
5. Transfer or withdrawal
A transfer or withdrawal requires an express written instruction from the holder or their duly authorised representative. Every instruction is subject to dual-verification security procedures before execution.
